About the Business-

ITC Ltd. Fresh Food Business operates Satellite Kitchens and corporate food outlets across multiple cities, supporting large-scale food production and delivery operations. The Procurement function plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials, consumables, and kitchen essentials for smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview-

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to packaging materials, kitchen smallware, consumables, and inventory coordination for the Fresh Food Business. The role requires close coordination with Central Kitchens (CK), Satellite Kitchens (SK), vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement, stock tracking, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities -

• Procure and manage:
• Packaging materials
• Kitchen smallware and utensils
• Consumables such as tissues, gloves, hairnets, etc.
• Track inventory and material consumption on a daily basis.
• Analyze average consumption trends based on the last three months’ inventory data.
• Raise purchase requirements and ensure timely purchase order creation.
• Coordinate stock transfers between kitchens and operational units.
• Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before placing procurement orders.
• Coordinate closely with CK & SK kitchen teams for material planning and operational requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, inventory reports, and vendor-related documentation.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of operational and kitchen supplies.

Required Skills & Competencies -

• Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience in:
• Purchase Order (PO) Creation
• Stock Transfer Processes
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and tracking abilities
• Attention to detail and operational efficiency mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile -

• Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations within the food, hospitality, cloud kitchen, FMCG, or restaurant industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
