Job Description

Project Co ordinator :

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of glass types (Laminated, Toughened, DGU), spider fittings, patch fittings, and curtain wall systems.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD (for drawing review) and MS Project or Excel (for scheduling).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to stay calm when a high-timline pressure on-site.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 0–5 years in the architectural glass or facade industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-Time Delivery: Percentage of milestones met as per the initial project schedule.

• Zero-Waste Goal: Minimizing glass breakage and re-ordering costs due to measurement errors. And labour management

• Client Satisfaction: Successful handover with minimal pending snags, Final billing and certification
