We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee residential building projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, project scheduling, quality control, contractor coordination, safety compliance, budgeting, and timely project completion.

• Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution Manage end-to-end residential construction projects
• Prepare project schedules and execution plans
• Monitor daily site activities and construction progress
• Ensure project completion within timelines and budget
• Site Management Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Resolve technical and site-related issues
• Quality Control Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor construction quality standards and material approvals
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits
• Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenses and material consumption
• Verify contractor bills and BOQs
• Control wastage and optimize project costs
• Safety & Compliance Ensure implementation of safety procedures at site
• Maintain compliance with local building regulations
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
• Update management on project milestones and risks
• Attend client and consultant meetings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and standards

Site Engineer:

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage material requirements and ensure proper utilisation.
• Resolve technical issues arising at the site.
• Assist in cost control and resource planning.
• Maintain site documentation and records.
