### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in handling interior and exterior projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, site coordination, manpower handling, material management, cost control, and timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete interior and exterior project execution from planning to handover.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and site teams.

* Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project estimates.

* Ensure proper material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management.

* Monitor daily site operations and manpower productivity.

* Implement cost-cutting strategies without compromising quality.

* Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.

* Handle project documentation, reports, and billing coordination.

* Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

### Required Skills

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD / 2D Drafting**

* Strong knowledge of **BOQ preparation**

* Excellent understanding of **construction and finishing materials**

* Experience in **cost optimization and budgeting**

* Strong operational and site management skills

* Manpower planning and team handling expertise

* Vendor and contractor coordination

* Good communication and leadership abilities

* Problem-solving and decision-making skills

### Qualification

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior and exterior project management.
