Project Sales & Execution - Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Sales & Execution Executive to support retail branding, signage, canopy branding, and infrastructure projects from quotation to project closure.

The role will involve coordinating with dealers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely project execution, customer satisfaction, compliance with quality standards, and timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales & Commercial Coordination

• Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements and approved BOQs.
• Coordinate with dealers and customers for order finalization and project approvals.
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and new project allocations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely project updates.

BOQ Review & Commercial Support

• Review BOQs, drawings, and project specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing commercially viable quotations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure all project requirements are clearly understood before execution.

Project Execution Coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Dispatch, Installation, and Accounts teams.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely execution as per committed schedules.
• Escalate project risks, delays, or issues and support timely resolution.
• Monitor production, dispatch, and installation status and provide regular updates to customers.

Project Closure & Collection Follow-Up

• Follow up on project completion, documentation, approvals, and handovers.
• Coordinate with dealers and customers for payment collection and closure of outstanding receivables.
• Support billing activities and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Maintain project trackers and collection status reports.
