Role & responsibilities:
- Educate patients and attenders about the features and benefits of the HCG Care App.
- Assist them with:
- Downloading and registering on the app
- Booking doctor appointments
- Ordering medicines via ePharmacy
- Making hospital payments
- Accessing reports and medical history
- Use personal smartphones to demonstrate the app if required.
Provide real-time support for login, navigation, or payment-related queries
Preferred candidate profile:
- Good communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Confident, patient, and people-friendly
- Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Must own a smartphone with active internet for demonstrations
