Job Description
* Handle procurement of construction materials and services as per project requirements
* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
* Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and billing documentation
* Perform quantity take-offs and measurements using CAD drawings
* Assist in estimation and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
* Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships
* Coordinate with project and site teams for material planning and execution
* Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
* Visit manufacturers, factories, and suppliers for evaluation and quality checks
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase or civil engineering projects
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity measurement
* Understanding of estimation and BOQ preparation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Willingness to travel to vendor locations and project sites
* Knowledge of construction materials and market rates
