Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of goods and services as per company requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid shortages/excess
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to make informed decisions
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain proper purchase records, documentation, and reports
• Work closely with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of supply chain and inventory management

• Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Hospitality / Restaurants / FMCG / Retail

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
