Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to handle stage-wise and final inspection of FRP components.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming, in-process and final inspection
- Check moulding, trimming, assembly and painting quality
- Identify defects like pinholes, bubbles, cracks, warpage, fitment and paint defects
- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets and quality records
- Handle customer complaints and support CAPA / 5 Why analysis
- Coordinate with production team for quality improvement
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production preferred
- 2–5 years quality experience in manufacturing
- Experience in FRP, automotive components, fabrication, plastic or paint shop preferred
- Basic knowledge of drawings, measuring instruments and inspection reports
- Basic Excel knowledge required
