Job Description
- Nursing LeadershipSupervise and manage the nursing team to ensure efficient patient care.
- Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and staffing requirements.
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Quality AssuranceConduct regular quality checks and audits of nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient records for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
- Experience in healthcare quality assurance and audits is preferred.
