Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bangalore
Industry: Construction / Residential Projects
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, quantity estimation, billing, and material reconciliation for residential construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, vendor billing, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimation
- Verify site measurements and prepare cost reports
- Handle client billing, contractor billing, and material reconciliation
- Conduct rate analysis and cost control activities
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor project budgets and minimize cost variations
- Prepare DPRs, WPRs, and project-related MIS reports
- Review drawings and ensure accurate quantity calculations
- Support procurement team with material quantity requirements
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience2 to 5 Years in residential or commercial construction projects
