Job Description
Job Role We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team.
This is a field job where you will be responsible for:
● Finding and acquiring new properties for our rental business.
● Showing properties to potential tenants and closing rental deals.
● Managing move-ins and move-outs of tenants.
● Minimize move-outs by problem solving.
● Taking care of existing properties and making sure they are well-maintained.
● Helping tenants with their daily needs and solving their issues.
● Achieving monthly targets set by the company.
Requirements
● Should be comfortable working in the field (not just office work).
● Owning a two-wheeler will be required.
● Good communication skills and basic knowledge of handling tenants.
● Honest, hardworking, and responsible person.
