Real Estate Executive (Property Acquisition)

We are hiring a Real Estate Executive – Property Acquisition to identify and onboard villas, independent houses, and guest house properties for managed rental operations. The role requires strong field sales, negotiation, and property acquisition capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire villas, independent houses, and buildings for guest house operations
• Source properties through brokers, direct owners, and local networks
• Conduct site visits and evaluate property suitability
• Negotiate long-term lease agreements with property owners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners
• Coordinate property onboarding and operational setup
• Maintain a strong acquisition pipeline across target locations
• Achieve monthly property acquisition targets
• Handle commercial negotiations, deposits, and agreements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or property acquisition
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of villa and independent house markets
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
