Job Description

A BDE is mainly responsible for finding and securing new projects:

  • Identify potential clients (developers, contractors, government bodies, architects)
  • Generate leads through networking, site visits, and market research
  • Meet clients to understand their construction needs
  • Present company services (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Follow up and close deals
  • Lead Genaration

Client & Relationship Management,Market Research & StrategyTendering, & Documentation,Typical Targets (KPIs),

A typical day may include:

  • Visiting construction sites or client offices
  • Attending meetings or presentations
  • Working on proposals and cost estimates
  • Following up on leads and payments
