Title: Zonal Manager Industry: Photography / Photo Studio / Imaging Retail Department: Sales & Operations Location: ]Reporting To: Regional Head / Operations Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager to oversee multiple photography studios and retail outlets within an assigned region. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, enhancing customer experience, and achieving business growth targets across all stores. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail operations experience, sales management capability, and the ability to streamline studio operations while maintaining high service standards .Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Management Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned stores/studios. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets. Develop and execute regional sales strategies and promotional activities. Identify opportunities for upselling photography packages, albums, frames, and related services. Ensure achievement of revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition goals. Operations smooth functioning of multiple photography studios/retail outlets. Ensure SOP compliance across customer handling, studio operations, billing, and delivery timelines. Monitor inventory, equipment utilization, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation. Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required. Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and studio teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Ensure adequate staffing and workforce planning across locations. Build a high-performance and customer-focused culture .Customer Experience Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction across all stores. Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements. Business Development Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships .Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and event-based sales activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Reporting & MIS Prepare sales and operational reports for management review. Analyze KPIs including revenue, footfall, conversion ratio, repeat customers, and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
.Experience5–10 years of experience in retail operations, multi-store management, or service industry operations. Experience in photography, lifestyle retail, consumer services, or hospitality industry preferred. Proven track record in sales and team management.
