Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for Corporate Sales in the transportation industry, handling both Employee Transportation Services (ETS) and Premium Mobility Services. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, generating business for employee commute solutions, airport transfers, expatriate mobility, executive chauffeur services, luxury transportation, and outstation travel requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong client relationship skills, experience in B2B sales, and a good understanding of corporate transport operations.


Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate transportation services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Travel Desk, and Facilities teams of corporate clients.
  • Promote services including:
  • Employee Transportation Services (ETS)
  • Airport Transfers
  • Executive Chauffeur Services
  • Premium/Luxury Vehicle Services
  • Expatriate Transportation
  • Local Disposal
  • Outstation Travel Services
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and corporate bidding processes.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business retention and growth.
  • Address client concerns, escalations, and operational feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify improvement opportunities.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling transportation solutions.
  • Develop strategies to improve market penetration and client acquisition.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in corporate mobility and premium transportation sectors.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations, fleet, and finance teams for smooth onboarding and execution.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales pipeline data, and client records.
  • Submit periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
