Job Description

Handle real estate leads and understand customer requirements

Explain floor plans, unit layouts, pricing, and project details to clients

Coordinate and conduct property site visits

Negotiate with clients and close property deals

Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Knowledge of floor plans and sqft calculations

Strong negotiation and sales closing ability

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle site visits and client meetings
