Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting post-sales operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for effective customer handling.
  • Follow up on leads, documentation, and payment tracking.
  • Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and communication logs in the CRM system.
  • Support post-sale activities such as property registration, handover, and documentation completion.



 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, real estate, or sales coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.



Work Environment

  • Location: Bengaluru (on-site role).
  • Schedule: Day shift.
  • Work Mode: In-person client interactions and property site visits required.
