Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
- Generate and assign quality leads to the team
- Handle key client meetings and support team members in closing deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
- Ensure proper follow-ups and conversion of leads into sales
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and site visits
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, and productivity
