💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle end-to-end sales of residential properties through company-generated leads

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects

✅ Conduct site visits and property presentations

✅ Build strong relationships with prospective buyers

✅ Negotiate and close deals effectively

✅ Maintain regular follow-ups through CRM

✅ Achieve weekly site visit and sales targets

🎯 Desired Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage)
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
• Candidates currently employed or serving notice period preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary

Up to ₹7 LPA (based on experience and current compensation)

Uncapped Incentives

• Earn ₹35,000+ monthly incentives on achieving base targets
