Job Title: ReceptionistLocation: Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru
Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting daily office activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when required.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to office protocols.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office events when required.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist employees and visitors with general inquiries and information.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and visitor records.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of reception/front-office experience may apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
