Designation: Front Desk Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 Year

Key Responsibilities 


Front Desk Operations: 

Welcome guests, determine their needs, anddirect them to the appropriate staff or department.

 Communications: Manage a multi-line phone system, screen and routecalls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.

 Office Administration: Sort and distribute mail, manage calendarappointments, and assist with clerical duties like filing, photocopying,and scanning.

 Security & Access: Maintain visitor logs, issue guest badges, and followbuilding security procedures.

 Environment Management: Keep the reception and waiting areasclean, organized, and stocked with necessary office supplies orbrochures.

 Logistics & Support: Coordinate meeting room bookings and assistother departments (like HR or Operations) with event scheduling ortravel arrangements.Essential


Requirements & Skills


 Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front deskrepresentative, or in a customer service role.

 Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skillswith a warm, professional, and courteous demeanour.

 Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook) and familiarity with general office equipment (printers,scanners).
