Job Description
Anthill IQ Workspaces is looking for a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused Front Office
Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Bangalore. As a growing workspace solutions company with
multiple branches, we are seeking professionals who can efficiently manage front office operations, administrative
coordination, visitor management, and housekeeping supervision while delivering an exceptional experience to
clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage front desk operations and ensure a warm and professional experience for visitors, clients, and
employees.
•
Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and day-to-day office communication effectively.
•
Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor access, and branch-level administrative activities.
•
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems accurately.
•
Monitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and vendor coordination activities.
•
Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure smooth office operations across branches.
•
Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of workspace areas.
•
Ensure conference rooms, reception areas, pantry, and common areas are presentable at all times.
•
Provide administrative assistance to employees and management teams whenever required.
•
Support branch operations, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
•
Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace standards, and safety procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
•
1–6 years of experience in front office, administration, receptionist, or workspace operations roles.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
•
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
•
Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
•
Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced work environment.
•
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
•
Experience in housekeeping supervision, vendor management, or facility coordination will be an added
advantage.
