Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties and requires managing digital communication channels, handling e-commerce operations, and supporting our in-house CRM system. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Communication Management
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and Instagram DMs.
- Provide professional and courteous customer support across all channels.
- E-commerce Website Operations
- Monitor website for new orders and support tickets.
- Upload new products via the admin panel (no coding required).
- Regularly update product details, availability, and pricing.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date on a daily basis.
- CRM & Inventory Management
- Create purchase and sales invoices in the in-house CRM software.
- Manage inventory records, including stock levels, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, suppliers, and transactions.
- Support sales and purchase processes within the CRM system.
✅ Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or administrative roles is a plus.
