Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Title: Dental Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Location: Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru

Archak Dental Clinic is looking for a professional, well-spoken and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries

• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments

• Maintain patient records and billing entries

• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff

• Handle cash, UPI and card payments

• Follow up with patients for ongoing treatments

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Kannada mandatory; Hindi is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred (clinic/hospital experience is an advantage)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
