• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess eligibility, skills, experience, and job fit.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

Candidate Mobilization

• Coordinate and mobilize candidates for interviews, assessments, and joining formalities.
• Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and provide timely updates.

Documentation & Verification

• Collect and verify candidate documents such as educational certificates, identity proof, and experience records.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Recruitment Events

• Organize and participate in job drives, walk-in interviews, campus recruitment activities, and hiring events.
• Promote employment opportunities and attract quality candidates.

Relationship Management

• Develop relationships with educational institutions, training centers, local communities, and employment exchanges.
• Act as a point of contact between candidates, clients, and the recruitment team.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor local labor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and candidate availability.
• Provide feedback to management on recruitment challenges and opportunities.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, staffing, or consulting services (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, community outreach programs, and local networks.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
