Job Title: Relationship Manager

About the Role

Entry-level role in customer handling and relationship management

● Suitable for freshers and early-career candidates

● Focus on customer interaction, follow-ups, and coordination


Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage customer enquiries across channels

● Follow up with leads and clients, ensuring regular and professional communication

● Assign property inspections to field executives and coordinate schedules

● Schedule and manage appointments/events as required

● Assist in customer onboarding and related documentation

● Maintain and update lead data in internal systems

● Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth operations

● Track leads and support basic reporting and follow-ups


Eligibility Criteria

● Graduate in any discipline

● 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and email

● Good communication skills in English

● Willing to work from office (Koramangala)
