Partner Recruitment & Activation ● Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process. 2. Lead Conversion & Business Development ● Convert quality leads ● Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities. ● Maintain strong relationships with partners 3. Product Knowledge & Training ● Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes. 4. Sales Process Adherence ● Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and reporting. ● Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM). ● Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards. 5. Continuous Learning & Development ● Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management. Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.
