Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products

Achieve sales targets through direct selling and client referrals

Provide end-to-end service support including policy issuance, renewals, and claims assistance

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for policy renewals and upselling opportunities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

1–5 years of experience in life insurance / BFSI sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets

Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations

Preferred Skills:

Experience in field sales or direct sales

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Customer handling and problem-solving ability
