Salary Budget – 3.75 to 4 LPA

WTi Fleet Pro is the fleet management and mobility solutions division of WTi Cabs, one of

India’s leading corporate ground transportation providers. The company specializes in end-to end

fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, driver management, vendor partnerships, and

deployment of premium vehicles on platforms like Uber (including Uber Black).

Role Overview

The Reservations Dispatcher will be responsible for managing trip bookings, vehicle dispatch,

driver coordination, and real-time operational support to ensure smooth transportation services

and timely trip execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle trip reservations and booking requests from clients.

 Allocate vehicles and drivers as per operational requirements.

 Coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and trip execution.

 Monitor live trip status and resolve operational issues promptly.

 Maintain dispatch records, booking data, and MIS reports.

 Ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, and operations teams.

 Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and escalations.

 Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.

 Support 24/7 shift operations when required.
