Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations (front & back of house)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per regulations
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution professionally
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage control
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow
• Drive sales, upselling, and revenue targets
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reporting
• Implement SOPs and maintain brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• Experience in multi-outlet or premium dining setups
