Job Description

The Organic World is a leading retailer focused on promoting healthy and sustainable living by offering a wide range of organic, natural, and eco-friendly products.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable organic/natural products
  • Ensure proper display, stocking, and replenishment of shelves
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company guidelines
  • Handle billing and cash transactions accurately (POS operations)
  • Monitor product expiry dates and ensure quality compliance
  • Assist in inventory management and stock audits
  • Educate customers on benefits of organic and sustainable products
  • Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively
  • RequirementsHigh school diploma / Graduate (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or supermarket (freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of organic / natural products (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems preferred)
