Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our kidswear store. The person should be comfortable handling customers, sales, staff, stock, and the overall store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the store.
• Welcome customers and provide good service.
• Help customers choose the right products and sizes.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing and cash responsibly.
• Manage and guide store staff.
• Maintain the store, displays, and products neatly.
• Check stock and coordinate for replenishment when required.
• Receive new stock and ensure proper arrangement.
• Handle customer exchanges and complaints politely.
• Maintain basic sales and stock records.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Follow company rules and maintain proper discipline.
• Requirements 2–5 years of retail experience, preferably in kidswear, fashion, or apparel.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
• Ability to manage a small team.
• Responsible, honest, and target-oriented.
• Good grooming and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working on weekends and during busy seasons.
