• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
• Drive sales targets, profitability, and business growth through effective planning and execution
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain high standards of product quality, particularly for organic and natural goods
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and reduce wastage
• Ensure compliance with organic certification standards and store policies
• Handle merchandising, store layout, and visual displays to enhance customer experience
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for organic products
