Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail supermarkets, grocery stores, hypermarkets, or FMCG retail environments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead store associates during daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure product availability, freshness, and proper shelf display.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Generate daily reports related to sales, inventory, and store performance.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior Associate, Floor Supervisor, or equivalent role in a Retail Supermarket/Hypermarket/Grocery Store.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an added advantage.
