We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Field Marketing Intern to help us bring our payroll software to local businesses. You will go out into the market, meet business owners and HR managers, showcase our product, and turn local prospects into paying clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏃 Market Outreach: Visit commercial areas, offices, and businesses to generate new sales leads.

📅 Pitch & Demo: Introduce our payroll software to business owners/HRs, explain its features, and give live product demos.

🏁 Convert Leads: Follow up with interested clients, answer their queries, and close deals.

📊 Track Progress: Keep track of your daily field visits, leads generated, and meeting updates.

📋 Requirements

Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Great communication skills and a confident personality.

Willingness to travel locally within the city daily.

A self-driven attitude with a desire to learn real-world B2B sales.
