Job Description

Responsibilities:


Client Relationship II Sales


  • Meeting with customers in-person during store visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Having a design consultation with customer for taking customised order of jewellery.
  • Explain products to customers clearly
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and close sales
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions


Requirements:

Basic communication skills (English + local language like Kannada/Telugu/Hindi)


Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree


Willingness to travel (for boys)


Basic knowledge of mobile apps/CRM tools


Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Skills Required:
