Job Description
Job Title: Collection Specialist
Company: Olyv Smartcoin
Location: Work from Office
Role Overview: We are looking for a Collection Specialist who can handle customer payments and follow up on pending dues. The role involves speaking with customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring timely collections in a professional manner.
- Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via calls to remind them about pending payments
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections
- Handle customer queries related to payments and dues
- Maintain records of calls and collection status
- Work closely with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure a positive and professional conversation with customers
- Requirements: Good communication skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of collections/recovery process is a plus
- Ability to handle customers politely and firmly
- Comfortable with calling and speaking to multiple customers daily
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience in collections, customer service, or tele-calling
- Experience in NBFC/Fintech industry is an added advantage
