Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Support

  • Help customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
  • Solve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and product problems
  • Guide customers in choosing the right products (helmets, jackets, gloves, etc.)
  • Assist with placing orders, payments, and tracking
  • Pass bulk or business inquiries to the wholesale team
  • Try to solve customer problems in the first interaction

2. Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers and help achieve sales targets
  • Understand which products are selling fast or slow
  • Work with the purchase team to make sure products are always in stock

3. Order & After-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to complete orders
  • Track returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty cases
  • Keep records updated and accurate

4. Improving Customer Experience

  • Identify common customer problems and suggest improvements
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams
  • Support activities that improve customer loyalty and repeat purchases
