Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads provided by the academy
  • Explain course details, fees, and benefits to prospective students
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status
  • Build good relationships with students and parents
  • Handle basic queries and provide accurate information
  • Requirements:Female candidate preferred
  • Good communication skills (Hindi, Kannada & basic English)
  • Confident speaking and convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of using phone, WhatsApp, and Excel
  • Prior telesales or customer handling experience is a plus
