Job Description
• Respond to customer queries, provide administrative support, and facilitate after-sales service when needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports, monitor sales performance, and maintain detailed sales records.
• Address minor client concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Digital Marketing.
