Telecaller Outbound

The Outbound Telecaller is responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments and from the Lead and DATA BASE provided by the company.The role demands strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Excellent verbal communication skills in languages required – English, Hindi, Kannada

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list.
• Promote products or services and explain their features and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or convert calls into sales.
• Follow up on previous calls to maintain customer interest and engagement.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and keep accurate records of interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team for lead closure or follow-up.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Sheets and tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn the concepts.
