Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and providing information about our services.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
  • Confident and polite speaking manner
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to handle calls professionally

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Explain products/services clearly
  • Maintain call records in Excel
  • Follow up with potential customers
