🎯 Key Responsibilities·      Promote and sell Mahindra Personal Vehicles through field visits and showroom walk-ins

·      Identify prospective buyers via cold calls, referrals, and leads

·      Explain features, variants, finance options, and accessories to customers

·      Arrange vehicle demos, test drives, and coordinate timely delivery

·      Build strong rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals

·      Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports

📊 Skills Required·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·      Confident in approaching customers and handling objections

·      Passion for cars, sales, and the automotive industry

·      Good understanding of vehicle features and competitive offerings

✅ Eligibility Criteria·      Qualification: PUC / Any Degree

·      Experience: 0.6 – 3 years in automotive or B2C sales (preferred)

·      Two-wheeler and valid DL mandatory

·      Local language fluency is essential
