Job Description

A Car Salesperson drives dealership revenue by guiding customers through the vehicle buying process.

They identify buyer needs, demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and handle sales paperwork to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Greet visitors, determine their budget/lifestyle needs, and recommend the best-suited car models.

Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle features, specifications, and maintenance plans.

Accompany customers on test drives.

Sales & Negotiation: Quote prices, present financing options, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Lead Generation: Build client relationships, maintain a database of potential buyers, and follow up post-sale.

Inventory Knowledge: Stay up to date on vehicle models, competitor pricing, and market trends.
