Job Description:

Tele calling & Lead Management: o Initiate outbound calls to leads, providing detailed information about hostel facilities.

o Maintain and update lead information in Google Sheets. o Ensure timely follow-ups and professional responses to all inquiries.

2. Admissions & Lead Tracking: o Develop daily sales activity reports and manage lead databases. o Prepare admission and exit reports.

o Oversee online application forms and follow-up processes.

3. Financial Management: o Ensure accurate booking updates and timely fee collection as per the schedule. o Process No Objection Certificates and security deposit refunds.

4. Resident Engagement & Services: o Design and execute onboarding processes for new residents. o Plan and manage resident engagement events. o Address grievances and manage feedback effectively. o Develop and implement strategies for resident retention. o Enforce discipline and adherence to the code of conduct for residents.

Facility & Inventory Management: o Update and manage occupancy and vacancy records. o Ensure the functionality of the SpaceBasic app and address any maintenance issues or resident concerns. 6. Marketing & Branding: o Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings. o Oversee marketing materials and branding initiatives. o Implement marketing strategies to attract new resident
