Store Manager JD – QSR Outlet
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations smoothly
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Handle team scheduling, attendance, and staff management
Monitor sales, targets, and store performance
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Control inventory, wastage, and stock ordering
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Train and motivate staff for better productivity
Ensure proper cash handling and billing operations
Coordinate with management for reports and updates
Requirements:
Experience in QSR/F&B retail operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage team and pressure situations
Basic knowledge of sales and inventory management
Flexible for rotational shifts and weekends
