Position SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with sales skills to promote Autodesk CAD/CAM products. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential leads from industrial sectors (CNC shops, tool rooms, fabrication units, etc.)
• Understand client workflows and provide consultative selling of CAD/CAM solutions
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
• Work closely with the technical team to address customer queries and solution mapping
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product documents
• Build strong client relationships and offer pre-sales and post-sales support
• Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs
• Visit client sites for field sales and technical discussions
• Maintain customer data and daily activities in the CRM system
• Participate in industry events, seminars, and product workshops
• RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering
• Strong interest or background in CAD/CAM, CNC machining, or design software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Confidence to speak with engineers, managers, and decision-makers
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a target-based environment
• Willingness to travel within industrial zones
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in CAD/CAM software sales or technical product sales
• Familiarity with Fusion 360, AutoCAD, PowerMill, or Inventor
• Knowledge of machining processes / design tools / CAM programming is a plus
