Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The candidate should have good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Freshers with strong interest and understanding of real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Coordinate with clients and explain project details
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Maintain proper sales records and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales process
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Kannada and English
- Knowledge of any additional regional language is preferred
- Basic negotiation and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Freshers with sales interest can apply
- Candidates with 0–2 years experience in sales or real estate preferred
