Role Overview:
Aram Experiences Private Limited is looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can drive business growth through strong client acquisition and relationship management.
This role requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and proactive, with the ability to convert conversations into business.
We value communication, ownership, and hunger to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (corporates, agencies, brands)
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and references
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards closures
Client Meetings & Pitching
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant event solutions
- Present company capabilities, ideas, and proposals confidently
- Handle negotiations and move deals towards closure
Follow-ups & Conversions
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects
- Track conversations and ensure timely responses
- Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into confirmed projects
Revenue Ownership
- Take ownership of individual sales targets
- Contribute to overall company revenue growth
- Ensure high conversion rates and quality clients
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills – non-negotiable
- Confidence in meeting clients and handling business conversations
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- 1–4 years experience in sales (events, advertising, hospitality, or B2B preferred)
- Exposure to corporate event sales or experiential marketing
- Basic understanding of proposals and costing
